In order to guarantee the excellence of our service and ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, the reservations will only be guaranteed up to 15 minutes later than the booked time. We therefore ask our clients to be punctual or to inform us of any possible delay.

All the group bookings requests (7 people or more) will require a deposit of 20€ per person in order to be confirmed. A secure payment link will be forwarded by email in order to complete the payment as soon as the booking enquiry is submitted.

 

May the group reservation be cancelled or modified with a minimum notice of 24 hours, the full deposit will be refunded. In case of modifications or cancellations with a notice less than the 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.
